1. Pucker your lips.
2. Gently press your skin with your palm.
3. Gently remove and blow a kiss in the air.
4. Repeat this 15-18 times.
1. Inhale some air.
2. Form an ‘O’ with your lips.
3. Gently exhale.
4. Repeat it 8-10 times.
1. Clamp your lips shut.
2. Screw them into a spoilt princess pout.
3. Hold for 10 seconds
4. Relax and repeat for 5-8 times.
